Odysseus Lanier, CPA

Odysseus M. Lanier is one of four founding partners with MJLM Federal Services and is the lead partner with corporate oversight responsibility for the company’s Engineering & Technical Services Division. He has more than 35 years of experience in corporate governance, strategic planning, establishing and implementing project management and control systems, conducting detailed cost analyses, and developing strategic outsourcing alternatives for federal, state and local government customers. He specializes in working with federal government agencies to program management, logistics support, administrative support, and operations support services.

He also has extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local procurement policy, procurement strategies, contracting processes, and process improvement strategies. In July 2003, he established company’s Engineering & Technical Services Division and opened the office in Huntsville, Alabama, to support the U. S. Army Aviation and Missile Command by providing total lifecycle solutions for weapons systems from fielding through sustainment and RESET.

Odysseus is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a graduate of Alabama A&M University where he received a B.S. in Accounting, and served as President Pro Tempore (Chairman) of University’s Board of Trustees from 2010-2014. He currently serves on the board of directors of Parkview Capital Credit, Inc. as an independent director.
