MJLM Engineering & Technical Services Promotes Allison Rhen to Executive Vice President of Operations
MJLM is proud to announce the promotion of Allison Rhen to Executive Vice President of Operations for the Engineering and Technical Services (E&TS) Division. In her new position, Rhen is responsible for a wide range of duties including sales and client-relationship management, recommending new products and services, proposing and developing strategic partnerships, and guiding long-term objectives to meet E&TS’ mission and requirements.
Rhen started her career with E&TS 10 years ago and has served as Business Development Specialist as well as Director of Business Development. Her demonstrated leadership skills have been paramount in building brand awareness for the organization, developing strategic sales and operational initiatives, as well as cultivating long-term relationships to establish and grow the practice.
A true community leader, Rhen serves as President of the Huntsville Association of Small Businesses in Advanced Technology, Membership Director for Women in Defense, and Vice President for the Huntsville Association of Technical Societies. She is also active in the Huntsville / Madison County Chamber of Commerce where she serves as an ambassador. Rhen graduated summa-cum laude from Alabama A&M University with a double-major in Business Management and Marketing and holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University Texarkana. Additionally, she maintains DAWIA Level II Certifications in program management and logistics.
